FAQ’s

  1. Until when do the Early Bird prices apply?
    A: Until 01.07.2020 we offer tickets at our Early Bird prices.
  2. Are dogs allowed at the event?
    A: Please note that dogs are NOT allowed on the entire venue.
  3. How do the IFRF ticket vouchers work?
    A: You can redeem a voucher by clicking “I want to redeem a voucher” in step three of the ordering process (“Order”). Simply enter the 13- or 14-digit coupon code. The noble gift envelopes produced exclusively for Reservix can be added to your order at the end of the ordering process. The delivery time for shipping by post depends on the payment method. When redeeming the voucher, the residual value left on the voucher may be too low for payment. In this case, a surcharge is possible. Several vouchers can also be redeemed at the same time. The ticket vouchers at Reservix are valid until the end of the third calendar year following the issue.
  4. Do the normal tickets apply as a combined ticket for RMV traffic? And in what period of time?
    A: The RMV-Kombi-Ticket is valid for the outward journey (from 5 hours before the start of the event) as well as for the return journey (until closing time) in all RMV means of transport of the 2nd class; 1st class only with surcharge. If your ticket has included a combined ticket, you can see it on the RMV logo.
  5. When will admission be made for the various event sections?
    A: Admission is half an hour in the morning before the start of the first class. For afternoon and evening events, the entrance to the shopping area is two hours before the start of the event and half an hour before the event you are allowed to go to your seats.
  6. Are tickets still available at the box office?
    A: Please note that it is not possible to guarantee whether tickets are still available at the box office or not. Unfortunately, if a section of the event is sold out, we are forced to close the box office and no longer allow admission out of safety reasons. We strongly recommend to book tickets early.
  7. Where can I park as a visitor to the IFRF?
    A: Discounted parking is available on the exhibition grounds in the park house P4: Katharinenkreisel, 60486 Frankfurt am Main (access via Tor Nord).
  8. What entrances are open at the event and where are they located?
    A: As a visitor to the International Festival Equestrian Tournament, you have the opportunity to use two different entrances.
    The ‘Entrance City’ can be seen directly from the tram and metro station and is located next to the exhibition tower.
    The ‘Entrance LEA (Ludwig Erhard complex)’ is located next to the Maritim Hotel/Congress Center and the Festhalle.

  9. Do children get free admission?
    A: Children up to 6 years of age receive free admission, but are not entitled to a seat. At the request of the security personnel, an ID card must be presented.
  10. What is a family ticket?
    A: A family ticket (available only for Sunday afternoons) includes tickets for two adults and two children (up to 16 years of age).
  11. When will the starter lists be published?
    A: Starter lists will be published on our website about one week before the start of the event.
  12. Can tickets be cancelled?
    A: Unfortunately, it is not possible to take back, cancel or exchange tickets. You will be expressly informed of the obligation of a ticket order during the ordering process and in the General Terms and Conditions of Reservix.
    Please note: There is no distance selling law for ticket orders.
    The reason is that sports, leisure and cultural events of all kinds would hardly be feasible for planning and economic purposes with a two-week right of withdrawal and return. This is also the view of the legislator, which is why the Distance Selling Act is used in the contract concluded between you and the organiser for the provision of a service in the field of leisure activities. 312g abs. 2 No. 9 BGB, expressly does not apply.
  13. What discounts are available?
    A: We offer a variety of discounts. It is important to know, however, that discounts do not apply to tickets in the 1st category and to full-day tickets on Saturday and Sunday.
    25 discount for orders of 20 tickets per event section (group ticket)
    20 Discount for pupils, students, pensioners, severely disabled
    15 discount for PM members
    15 Discount for Members of the Armed Forces
    Wheelchair users only category 1 minus 20 each for the wheelchair user and an accompaniment
    Severely disabled persons with B in the ID card 20 each for severely disabled persons and accompaniment.
    Valid ID cards must be presented to the police without being requested.
    Discounts can be selected online during the booking process.
  14. Can I resell my ticket?
    A: Of course, tickets can be passed on to family members or friends in case of prevention.
    On the other hand, the commercial resale of tickets – for example on auction platforms – is not permitted.

  16. Who do I contact for press accreditation?
    A: You can find out about the prerequisites and get accredited via our press office. More detailed contact information will be published on our website during the year.
  17. How can I participate in the social projects of the event?
    A: Every year, a regional association that supports socially disadvantaged children and families receives the gifts of the Christmas tree campaign. For this purpose, you can bring packaged gifts, with an external marking, whether the gift is for a girl or boy and for which approximate age group. The Christmas tree is located on the second floor of the Forum Festhalle, right in front of the shopping area.
